Morleys Funerals

Project Scope:

Core Developments NQ is Proud to deliver the latest extension to Morley’s Funeral Parlour located in The Lakes Townsville. This schedule was completed in just less than 12 weeks. We would like the thank the contractors and design consultants that delivered this project during wet season.

Civil and foundation started in wet season, scheduling  work around funeral’s.

Century 21 Offices

Project Scope:

Internal shop fit out for new business location

Core Developments was given a 4-week time frame to have this project ready before existing lease expired. Core worked around the clock and worked in with the client to achieve the desired results meeting the client’s needs.

Coffey Soil Testing Facility

Project Scope:

Relocate Coffey’s operations in Townsville. Works included construction of a new facility and repair old tenancy to original state..

Project Challenges:

This project had a tight time frame for the transition period. Construction phase had to be sped up and more resources had to be allocated to this project during day and night.

IPL Mine Camp Upgrade Project

Project Scope:

Demolish 40 houses and 6 SPQ, construct and build onsite 216 units in the monument camp facilities, each unit having its own bathroom and shower amenities.

Project Challenges:

This project was located in a remote community/township approximately 10 hours west of the east coast of Northern Australia.

During this project Core managed severe wind and wet weather events and many lightning storms resulting to a delay in the works and schedule.

With over 130,000 personal hours on this project core successfully delivered this project with zero harm taking away the 2013 work safe awards for Queensland Core Developments delivered a high quality product fully furnished, achieving no loss time and medical treated injury during the construction and demolition periods.

Project Scope:

Demolitions of old Café and construction of new facilities

Project Challenges:

This project was set up in Townsville the week before cyclone YASI, and all materials and labor were repacked and delivered to the rural site before the tropical category 2 storm hit. This was the first crisis management situation Core Developments NQ Pty Ltd endured./managed.

Project Delivery:
