Stuart Cunningham (Managing Director) 2007
Stuart is the founder of Core Developments NQ Pty Ltd in 2007 trading as a company for over 12 years now, Stuart has a hands on approach in the way leads his team and has a deep passion for the construction industry. Stuarts goals with both his staff and clients is to create pleasurable business dealing always leading towards a win win solution.  Stuart prides himself on his integrated approach to the operation of Core Developments ensuring he leads and maintains a culture of productivity, safety and innovation at all levels of the business.

Rick Guerra (Construction Manager) 2011

Rick hails from a background as a “hands on” Construction owner, involved with all facets of the Construction phase from preliminary discussions through to defects completion period.  He excels in directing multiple Projects that are spread geographically through to successful completion and customer satisfaction. Rick has well rounded with experience in Domestic, Commercial and Mining Sectors.  A personable, motivated construction Professional able to deal diplomatically and tactfully with professionals and non-professionals from all spectrums of the Construction Industry to achieve a set outcome has been a major contributing factor to a successful past.

Kristy Bennet (Project Administrator) 2012

Holding significant Project and Office Administration experience, Kristy is involved in all aspects of project delivery from Estimation to Completion. A background in heavy industry and project delivery with some of Australia’s biggest SMP contractors ensures that bothHead Contract and Subcontract as well as on site administration is aligned and coordinated from a single source. A direct communicator with an incomparable ability to manage up and down ensures all stake holders constantly have access to timely and accurate information.
