Project Scope:  
Design and Construct two concrete precast ware houses located in the CBD of Townsville.

Project Challenges: 
The challenges we endeavored on the project was managing the pour foundations of the subgrade and its location. And also building 50mm from the boundary allotment with very little lay down areas.

Project Delivery:  
This project was delivered 2 weeks late due to wet weather delays and logistic operation constraints. The contractors involved in this particular project made a great effort to make this delivery successfu
