Chris operates for Core as an Independent Contractor Specializing in Best Practice Construction, Safety Systems & Project Management. A proven, result driven Project Professional with over 15 years  experience in Civil, Infrastructure, Construction  and Commercial Fit out.  Chris is PMP Certified , with a Bachelor Of Commerce, on top of a Trade background. He Has a passion for ensuring clients’ needs are met without compromise, delivered through an efficient safety driven system.  A time motivated professional with an attention for detail ensures projects are delivered within time frames and specification.

A trade qualified and experienced projects coordinator, Cameron has honed his craft working for himself within the property construction and maintenance industry. This has led to expertise in many areas outside the core of his trade. This positions him perfectly to head our small to medium projects, being able to provide in depth technical solutions and advice across areas including, landscaping, fencing, block work, concreting, carpentry, plastering, painting, structural steel work and roofing.  This technical prowess assists the commercial skills Cameron possesses to constantly exceed client’s expectations and deliver projects to meet client’s needs, particularly in live operating environments.

Holding significant Project and Office Administration experience, Kristy is involved in all aspects of project delivery from Estimation to Completion. A background in heavy industry and project delivery with some of Australia’s biggest SMP contractors ensures that both Head Contract and Subcontract as well as on site administration is aligned and coordinated from a single source. A direct communicator with an incomparable ability to manage up and down ensures all stake holders constantly have access to timely and accurate information.

A highly experienced Construction Site Manager/Supervisor, Eddy has outstanding abilities in job scheduling with a demonstrated track record of working to program and budgets and effectively managing any unforeseen circumstances.  He is a strong communicator with excellent people skills, which enables him to liaise with Clients, Engineers, Consultants and Contractors effectively.  Eddy is a proactive problem solver with a strong eye for detail and is recognised for his quality workmanship and management skills.
