Project Scope:
Remove sections of gardens located at the Front of Terminal and replace with new plants to rejuvenate dated garden beds. Supply and erect architectural steel feature frames to the front facade for climbing plants feature to enhance the look of the domestic terminal.
Project Challenges:
All these works have to be performed during the day night to eliminate the chance of disturbing the airports daily operations. Core only has a 6-hour window each night to perform these scheduled works

This project was set up in Townsville the week before cyclone YASI, and all materials and labor were repacked and delivered to the rural site before the tropical category 2 storm hit. This was the first crisis management situation Core Developments NQ Pty Ltd endured./managed.
